How does your behind the grill bracket mount? Does it mount to the grill or the frame - in other words does it open with the hood or stay put? It's for a 40" light bar, right - which is actually 44" in total width?
Do you have any pictures of the actual mounting setup up close?

It mounts to the frame, not the grill. It wouldn't make sense to mount it to the grill because the light would get so dinged up and would suffer from shock everytime the hood closed. The 40" Rigid measures out to 43.25" total length but I'm not sure about those M&R bars, I have no idea what those measure to

I don't have any of just the brackets, but it's just an L-bracket, looks like this

Here are some close up pics, you get two brackets and the Raptor wiring harness for the upfitter switches. Hope this helps.
P.S. The Rigid 40 is a very tight fit, notice how it sits right up against the bump stops. If you use a light that is any longer you would have difficulty making it fit.
