Can you mount 2 duallys in the lower grille location with a licence plate? If so can you PM me your best price please?

The closest option to that would be a dual 4" E-series kit that runs just over $500 with brackets and wiring. Rigid doesn't offer a Dually bracket for either side of the license plate at this time

Do you know if the 20" RDS will fit well in the lower bumper valance? I guess the better question is if the radius would better match the bumper radius.

The 20" RDS won't fit in the lower bumper area, it will better match the bumper radius in either a 20" or 30"
