Rigid fog light bracket question

Here's the brackets I used, simple to install and allows for all the adjustment you'll need left to right, plus the Rigid cubes can be adjusted up/down for aim.

How did you get your lights to sit flush with the bumper opening? I am using the same tracket and rigid lights and the bracket belonging to the light seems long and a fourth of the light is below the bottom of the bumper opening.
