Sorry for the rant, but have to vent.
I ordered the Raptor bumper kit with 2 white spots and 2 amber floods, from one of the venders on here. They were on backorder, so waited 5 weeks to get them. As soon as they came, I installed them. They came with a great wire harness and instructions. Turned the upfitter switches on and one of the white spots had a LED out. Called Rigid on Monday and they apologized for the defective unit and said that they would send a new one right out. On Thursday, I called to check on the shipment and Rigid informed me that it went out Wednesday. In the meantime I noticed that the other white spot had a fogged lens, with all of the rain we have been having. I waited until the next Wednesday, called back again. Was informed that the computer showed that it had been shipped but had no UPS tracking number. Shipping dept. never shipped it. I talked to them about the other lens that had fogged and Rigid said that they would expedite two new spots. UPS arrived today and guess what--only one spot. And ofcourse no one to talk to till Monday. The technical support people have been good to deal with, but someone keeps dropping the ball.
