You're right. Mine are "E" rated. Would that explain my issues?
Sidewalls are stiffer. So you’ll feel a lot more of the “sharp” bumps etc. I would go back to stock tire specs on the next set. There is a reason you where asked multiple times about the load range. It makes a difference.

That's my next option. Although, they drove it when they just did the cam phasers and mentioned my tires "are knobby as ****" but that was it.
Would the road force balancing be worth it or am I barking up the wrong tree? Could it be as simple as tires?
Also, I live in Utah and our roads are shit. My wife's mustang with magnaride still feels it but is much smoother than this. Is it just the horrible roads?
on the c load range KO2s, compliance on the street is best around 34-32psi front, 31-29 or so rear, relatively unladen.
You don’t need road force balancing unless you have a vibration.

Looks like E rated 10 ply In the one pic. That could be the issue. The tires are labeled on the side wall. See mine for reference.

@Antho for the win.

confirmed, you are rocking E range KO2’s, not the Raptor KO2’s
I would try 32F, 30R psi.

I have a mile long broken up dirt road leading up to my range. most cars are doing 15. I’m doing 60, 65 if I get a good drive on to the dirt. I was running 35F 33R but raised it - more so for the heat than economy but I definitely picked up about 1mpg with that minor change. But, now if I’m under 45-50 mph it’s jarring. over 50 it smooths out a bit but even so, some of the crater like holes upset the truck more than before.

The tires are literally part of the suspension here so keep that in mind.

Alright guys. Thanks for all the help. I'll make sure to get some C rated next go around.

When talking about vibration, it feels like the rear end is going over a washboard a lot. Is that the type of vibration you are talking about? It also just feels like I'm riding on 22 inch rims with an inch if rubber some days. Guess it could be as simple as these stiff ass tires.

I would image the E rated tires and 38 psi would ride like crap. Not sure what psi your at now but you could chalk test and see if you could get lower psi.

Load range E ride like poo on a Raptor. I tried them once. I even aired them down to 28 psi, helped slightly but they were all squirmy going around corners. The rough ride could be uneven wear. When they wear down you can almost feel each knobby going through a concrete parking lot or whatever.

So sounds like tires are your next step. If the service department is saying they are rough, then then are rough.

Just ordered LT315/70 R17 113T C2 in the same type of tire as I have. Thanks for all the help and we will see if this works. If not, the shop has a 30 day trial and they'll put the old ones back on and I'll continue the troubleshooting.

Edit to say tire tread was 8 all around if that gives any more insight.

I’d also look at your leaf springs. My 2018 was starting to ride rough, especially the back end. Swapped out shocks but it continued. Put on Deavers and it was better than new. OEM leaf springs were almost flat after I took them off

When my factory tires were close to as low as you showed they squirmed in the rain and generally sucked. Going down to 3/32s on an AT tire is sketchy. Sucks leaving that much on the table but you’re not starting at 10/32 on a new tire like a street car. Fresh tread and proper load range should help a bunch.
