Hey! Didn‘t find anything on this when searching?

Has anyone else experienced where the reverse guidelines (the white lines that show the direction you’re headed) have disappeared? The distance markers are still there - but the white lines aren’t showing?

Very random. I’m in a 2020 Gen 2 with Sync3.

It happened on my GEN1 just before the camera failed completely.
Replacement at the dealership cost $761.44 as follows:
- $478.77 for the camera assembly
- $42.44 for the Ford name plate (the camera cannot be replaced without destroying the name plate)
- $240.00 for labor

Holy crap you got robbed! I had to replace mine, paid something like $300ish online for the camera and had it done in 10 minutes in my driveway. $240 in labor?!?! I can't even see close to that. True about the name plate, unless it's a '13 or '14 if I recall. I used the later model plate to replace mine in case I ever had to get in there again. The clips are different and won't break.

Isn’t there a setting to turn them on and off? You check that?

I looked, but only seen the option to turn on/off the additional data showing the prox sensors visual in the top right of the display. It’s still under warranty, so worst case it’s on them. Weird thing to go out if it’s properly broken?
