Replacing stock Rear license plate bulbs with LED bulbs

Did any of you have issues getting the lights to fit? They seem to long with the cap installed and press against the lens cover.

why would you want your plate lit up more at night? lol im trying everything i can to make it as dim as possible while still being legal.

So with our CrystaLux license plate bulbs you MAY need to shave them slightly (just rub them a tad with a piece of sandpaper). The 2015+ Trucks seem to have a smaller cavity then previous trucks

On my 2015 I didn't have to, but they do touch the lense... not a big deal for me. But if you want them to fit without touching, a little sanding is all ya need to do. Real simple to do.

Our bulbs are 100 lumen. Not too bright, not too faint, they seem perfect.
