Replacement backup camera help...

My backup camera appears to have died... part number on the camera itself is BL3T-19G490-AC. I see numerous cameras on ebay for next to nothing with the part # FL1T-19G490-AC. Does anyone know if these are compatible or if there is a cross reference for BL3T-19G490-AC?

I googled the part number and found this item on Amazon:

In the questions section someone asks if it fits a 2010 F150 and the answer is no it does not. So, probably unlikely.
