Anyone know how to pull out that storage area for sunglasses and the reading lights?

I'm considering installing a Homelink transmitter in the headliner and I don't want to have to drop the whole thing down.

I pulled around on it a little bit last night but didn't make any progress.

I have Homelink in the sun visor but since it's wired to the vanity light, it's always powered. My truck sits outside so I don't want someone to be able to smash a window and then have access to open my garage. If I put it in the headliner, I should be able to tap a switched source.

If I can make this work, I'll sell my homelink visor to someone who can actually fit the truck in their garage. I wouldn't care if it wasn't parked out...

My other option would be to somehow rewire the mirror light to a switched source but that sounds like a bigger pain in the ass.
