Removing front seats. Any tips?

I looked through the joedawg54 audio build thread. Other than pulling the airbag fuse and the battery, (read that on a different forum), do you have any tips on how to pull the seats out?

I will admit I haven't even looked or tried yet. Just wondering before I go diving in when the weather shapes up a bit.

the seatbelt will need to be removed, but other than that, its what you stated, along with the 4 bolts and you are set. crewcabs, make sure to close the rear doors. supercabs, make sure to open the rear doors. less chance of scratching something

Airbag fuse? Shit I just unplugged them and pulled the four bolts. Seatbelt was still connected though.

ford has done a good job with the airbag fault light. even if the seat is disconnected andthe vehicle is turned on, the light will turn off once everything is back in place. however its always a good idea to disconnect the battery when deling with airbag items. other car manufacturers arent as forgiving.

Found this thread... I need to replace the motor in the seat. If I just disconnect the battery will the airbag not go off?

Thanks!
