Well, thank you all for the input. I wanted a gen3 in the Velocity Blue so was really trying to make this purchase work, but ended up no moving forward with it. Dealer started to peel off the trim, and they stopped as it was clear they had their work cut out for them. Some knobs started coming loose becuase of it, etc. The previous owner just modified it a bit to much for me at that price: painted the bumpers and fenders to body color, which although looked good, rock chips up north won't agree with the finish very well. Aftermarket wheels, fog light change out, and an intake. I'd just have to put too much into to make it right. Here's the original listing: https://www.cars.com/vehicledetail/ed875174-d933-4f22-866f-63acb3fe1989/

Sorry, late to the party, if its VHB tape best bet is isopropyl alcohol (90% or higher do not try 70% its a waste of time).
Use fine needled plastic syringes (amazon) squirt into seams or joints, let it set for a minute then start peeling away.
You may need to apply additional alcohol while doing it because it evaporates quickly.

Good luck, Tom

For better or worse, since 2014 I've bought and traded in more cars than underwear changes. My experience, almost without fail, is the dealer barely looks at the trade-in. Things like CF trim on interior is something they'd never see.
