New member here. Placed an order with Redlands today, $1000 over invoice. I think Lax said there's about 16 orders ahead of mine, said the wait is like a year or so. The $500 deposit is refundable so if I find one elsewhere I can give up my order. Only bright side to the wait is it'll give me plenty of time to save for mods and down payment, other than that it's a pretty damn long time to wait. If you want one now though, there's always this screamin deal

I'm glad you are having good time at another members expense. The reason there are so many people in line at Redlands is they are the only dealer in So Cal willing to offer anything close to invoice. Really nice way to welcome the 2 of us.

I don't think Beagle is insulting you as he's just making an observation on how far back you guys are in line. It's been said that Redlands tells people that their raptor will never be built after waiting 6-8 months. Something to take into consideration... If that's a risk you're willing to take and don't mind waiting close to year to get your truck, then more power to you for willing to stick it out for the $500 over invoice deal.

As someone in a bit of the know, I can tell you Ford is being fickle on 2014 allocation. Just an FYI...
