I just ordered a pair of new shocks for mine.
The price is not bad actually. Not sure what the rebuilds are, but I’m thinking around $300 for both fronts?

WELCOME.....Hope you love your GEN1 as much as I'm loving mine...Just get use to your jaw hurting from smiling everytime you drive it.>!!
BTW...Fuse 27...usually if it WAS done there will be a sticker on the inside of the fuse box by the hood release....Mine has 50K on it and I just did it...some guys have problems,some dont,but for the $30 to buy the kit and 45 minutes to install,its good insurance...I had mine done,dont like cutting wires on mine..its like a computer with 4 wheels and can only imagine what cutting wrong wire would do...so for $90 got it installed....

Okay, the truck sits at 127,000 right now. According to previous owner all plugs diff fluids, and oil was changed at 110,000. I don’t know about the shocks but they aren’t leaking anywhere visible. Truck rides great, I wouldn’t think there would be a date of install or anything like that on the shocks lol. I feel like that would be to easyyy.

There is one thing that jumps out at me. Does the light in the back, that is shining straight up the tail gate, give your backup camera any problems at night?

I’m glad you pointed that out, the led tag lights the previous owner installed Does cause a slight glare at night to my backup camera. I will be installing factory bulbs into tag lights.
