I am wanting to rebuild or replace the oem shocks.
They were rebuilt at 75k
Truck now has 116k on it now
Any places people recommend in NC?
Pros going new vs rebuilt?
What are some other common things that need to be replaced during the shock service?

I would replace your upper ball joints and control arm bushings while the shocks are out (if they show signs of age) as the shocks need to come off to get the UCA off. Otherwise, having the shocks out doesn’t really help with anything else

Thank you. Have some clunkiness in the front end but shop said control arms bushings and ball joints seemed tight but the noise is annoying.
