Same thing happened to me. It worked intermittently fo a while then stopped working completely. Dealer said it was a faulty motor and tried to replace it. Well... After two visits and four days, I am told they are unable to find the correct motor. They are unable to explain why, and neither can Ford Engineering.
Their solution is to replace the entire rear window assembly frame, glass, motor etc. currently waiting for new window to come in. I'll keep you posted.

Tell me about it! They said that's the only solution for me. I guess it's easier for them to replace the whole assembly, rather than to diagnose why none of their slider motors will fit my window. Makes no difference to me, as long as it works and doesn't leak.

The window started working again the next day. But then it stops working, then it starts working, and so on. Sometimes I have to hit the switch several times. It's on its way out for sure!!

Mine broke today. I can hear motor turning, but the hamster fell off the wheel, me thinks. Put that on the list to have the dealer check out.

FYI--My rear sliding window stopped closing a couple weeks back. I googled the switch and found one on ebay for around $30. it came in, i replaced the switch pretty easily and bam! it works like new.
