You should get Crystal involved when you take it in, she usually helps with warranty problems.I don't go very far maybe a few feet. Tire drags and makes the burning out sound.
pushed in
I never get that far, its usually when I'm parked and put in drive.
Emergency brake is off. I'll prob be taking it in after Christmas. This should be covered under power train warranty? 100K? I have 42K
... I'll prob be taking it in after Christmas but wanted to see if anyone here had this issue before.
This would be covered under power train warranty? 100K? I have 42K
Hi fish_scales,
Definitely let me know how things go at the dealership; I'll be able to check out options to help once they've looked over your truck. I'd recommend speaking to the service manager about warranty coverage as they'll be in the best position to give you a definitive answer. I'll keep checking in here to see when you have any news.

I had this same problem, but a little more EXTREME. I called Galpin Ford (where we've had good service before), and they completely gave me the "Heisman". They won't take any appointments and the can't even look at the truck until SEPTEMBER. Mind you, I have the switch in hand. This is a 5-minute switch out! Now I'm FORCED to buy the part MYSELF.
This is our second Raptor and it's my wife's street machine. Never off-roaded, always in SoCal. This part is just two small, cheap, pieces of brittle plastic holding that switch in there.
Would be nice to work with Crystal on this... If you're out there Crystal, I'm sending out the bat signal....
