Rear shock rebuilt problem

ive got my rear shock rebuild back from a shop and now i got this problem: the rear suspension is really too hard, its dangerous because in the bump the back of my raptor go right and left like a diesel truck...
do u think there an adjustment Inside the shock that they can set back to soft suspension ? thanks everyone !

When they rebuilt the shock what did they do? Did they revalve it or change fluids?

they changed fluid and seal kit

As far as I am aware, the only thing that is "adjustable" is the nitrogen pressure. Using that information, either the nitrogen pressure is not correct or it was not reassembled correctly.

My money is it is a workmanship issue.

that sounds right to me they most likely overcharged it!
