Rear differential whining

Soo I took my truck down to ford for the rear end whining they told me the rear end was messed up and would need to be rebuilt but couldn't give any reason as to why??? Well got the truck back from the dealer and this is how it looked

this is the quality work ford dose huh? Well also had the visors replaced because they would hang open and the light wouldn't turn off when they were down and now

and now they don't turn off even when closed what the f!!!!!

Yikes that looks horrible.
They need to class that up and also need to tell you what rear diff oil they used. Add you can see there is some discrepancies even amongst Ford.

Forgot to update this but my rear was completely rebuilt, all bearings, seals, ring, pinion, and oring. Reason on mine is that the rear was "excessively worn".

My workmanship looked perfect under there so no complaints of that nature. Plus got another 2 year unlimited mile warranty on the rear which is awesome because that will lead me to 80,000+ miles

Gen 1 with 77k replacing all bearings in the differential. Axel bearings first, and one of them was bad but did not fix the noise. And found what appeared to be water in the front diff. oil very milky looking. Rear Diff. oil looked good just had metal shavings in it.
