Well today my rear camera guidelines issue is finally getting resolved due to a TSB, so they are finally replacing the rear camera. While my vehicle is getting its camera replaced I asked the stealership to check out why my mirrors would start clicking when they were in the folded position when I would unlock the truck with my remote Keyless entry fob. My stealership called the Ford Hotline, and they told the tech that I probably have my mirrors adjusted too far out, which is actually the way review mirrors are supposed to be adjusted to enable you to view the blind spots, and by the way I have been adjusting all my vehicles mirrors for the past 4 years in this manner. So, I told them to call the hotline back and ask them why my 09 F250 did not have this issue, but my new Raptor does and they better be prepare to feed me a new line of crap, because I’m not buying it! They are also looking at why my Sync “phone symbol” button on the steering wheel is not working at all, and also I called the individual that installed Ford Nav System for the and he was trying to pull some BS on me and tell me that is how the system is supposed to work, and that I was supposed to use the touch screen to hang up my phone. I told them my F250 had same system and that is NOT how it is supposed to work and even the Nav Systems/My Sync instructions will tell you exactly how the system is supposed to function. The Service Manager is doing everything possible to get it resolved in a timely manner, and I assure you they will. (I’m a big boy)

Lessons learnt: NEVER, NEVER buy a vehicle from a stealership without all of the upgrades already installed; no matter how much of a discount they are willing to give you. First of all, it took the stealership 3 months to get the Nav System and when I went to pick it up (on my birthday), it had a F250 NAV system, and they tell me they were going to send the console off to have cut to fit right. I told the individual right then, that was NOT going to work for me and to put the original system back in NOW and to order the right system, or I was going to see someone in court. BTW – Did I tell you guys, that I’m a BIG BOY? The Sales Manager agreed to have the individual to order the correct upgrade and to do it right. So an additional 2 months went on before the correct parts came in and the Nav system got installed. So 5 months later I get my Nav system, but now one of the Sync controls is not functioning correctly, and I have been inconvenient 3 times for the same BS. The so-called discount was not worth it, and I’m not a happy camper.
Hopefully, my venting on this forum will save someone’s A$$!

Do you have a copy of the TSB or the number?

I sure don't, but the stealership was the one told me about it. I picked up my truck yesterday and it seems to be working with no issues. When I get home this evening I'll check the work order to see if it lists the TSB. If it does I'll post it.

You tell em TEX....
It is hard to get TSB numbers as they claim it is a suggesting as to this could be...
So does it really exsist. the dealer says maybe or maybe not.
I had this problem with Cadillac. I started to raise my voice. They told me to lower my
voice. I told them lets call the area rep. I had to call Cadillac Customer service in Detroit
before this got settled. It pays to be either bigger than them (Size wise or carry Tin.)
I told the owner I would have a patrol vehicle outside there dealership and we would
hassle them to no end. There are so many things you can do that makes there life hell.
He didn't like that. But he did as I asked.

Sorry I haven't posted the TSB #, but I've been on a Biker's vacation and besides the dealer has not close out be work order since they have one more issue to fix and had to ordered the part. Hopefully the part came in and they can fix my issue this week, but as soon as I get the TSB#, I'll post it.

Got my review camera gridlines fixed today finally. They were randomly turning off. The SSM is 22105. They need to do a RCV configuration after the camera replace. If they don't, you will not be able to function the gridlines on\off or the zoom. Seems that missing the RCV config step is easy...and your typical tech doesn't check the other functions...mine sure missed it, but I caught it before I drove away.
