In terms of the desert, if you need 4wd your doing it wrong and going to slow! But in the real world it just isn't practical to not have 4wd.

I think I like the headlights. Anybody used the Anzo 111161 black lights? $335 on Amazon. I'm wondering if the projectors are of decent quality, if they are weatherproof/sealed well and the lack of LEDs may turn me off...

Really dislike their stuff in general. Their mesh grilles with the surround, i.e.:

have nothing short of extraordinary prices...i.e.:

Amazon.com: RBP 251113 RX Series Black Studded Frame Main Grille, (1 Piece): Automotive ($1649)

It's a mesh grille, with tacky looking studs around a solid perimeter....and of course, *two* RBP logos in it. It seems as though this company has created a fashion trend on the premise that the more money you give to RBP, the cooler you are. I certainly can't fault them for finding a market and exploiting it.

The 14" wide, 22"-24" off road wheel thing with narrow low profile tires I just plain do not understand. From reading threads on the internet, I've found that generally the folks that have them have no interest driving them off road, but do still believe them to be off-road capable.

Am I the only person left in the world who doesn't find random useless bolt or rivet heads to be impressive?

And can someone tell me the point of a 2WD truck with a large lift and a ton of weight on the roof? Typically when an offroad truck costs $95,000 and is 2WD there's a very good reason for it not being 4WD...and in such cases the center of gravity-vs-track tends to be about the same ratio as that of a family sedan. Perhaps the mentioned included "4x4 fog lights" are enough to get you out of trouble?

heh well i will never get why to NOT have 4WD on a truck.... altho ive grown up driving trucks either in snow, or farm land with deep mud and deeper snow drifts in the winter. 2 different worlds guess! :waytogo:
Exactly, 2 different worlds. If the weather hits 50 degree's its cold for most people. And if you go to the mountains you can get by with chains.

I guess we don't live in the real world :), smokin hot bitch's everywhere you turn wearing next to nothing all year round....I hate my world :peace:

I can not ******* stand these grills, but damn if they don't sell left and right. The best part is RBP doesn't even make them anymore, if I remember right Roland said T-rex is making the exact same grill and selling them both under different names, but they can charge an ass load for the Rollin Big Power name now that the Lexani has bought him out.

Personally, I'm biased in that I love the way their grilles look. Plus, only paying $650 for mine brand new, I'll flip it for $1150 and make $500 on the deal.

Holy shit, that is wicked! ( refering to A.I.I.Raciing pictures, and NOT that "rolling big p.o.s." )Think it is too extreme for a stock uncaged Raptor..
