I installed the Ravelco on my 2019 and decided to go through the dash. Debated on wether to hide below using the optional bracket but in the end I wanted to reach it easily and ultimately will never uninstall the Ravelco so not concerned about the hole in the dash. It has given me that peaceful easy feeling.
Is the under dash issue that big of a deal vs up a little higher? How hard is it to plug it in and take it out?

I wish they would make the color something other than gray so it blends with the interior color better.

In a way, it’s better that it sticks out. thug breaks in, can’t start the truck, sees the device, realizes time investment not worth it, moves on. All you’re out is the door handle mechanism.

Ravelco is (I think) is a good investment - just dont loose the fobs! Very clean install and no holes in the dash. The NE/Mid Atlantic installer was a pleasure to deal with and very professional. We still chat.

No experience with either (you do lose remote start with Ravelco if it is not plugged in, and probably with kill switch too)
I bought a club for those time I leave it unattended for any period. Still an effective deterrent today.
I am finally picking up my truck in Houston this Friday. My wife wants to stay with her sister near the River oaks area but that means I have to park the truck on the streets(yikes). Thinking about getting a club as well for situations like this.

Do you notice this rattling and bouncing around at RR or does it blend in with the rest of the track sounds?

Has anyone ever heard of this company ******** up the electronics of a vehicle as a result of installing this? I feel like if it’s done wrong and wires are cut and spliced, it will never go back to factory. Scares me greatly.
