It's less then a $1,000 to ship a truck over there. I've shipped a Ranger and F-150 to Oahu.

Just got back from Maui and saw a Black Scab up near Lahaina and a silver Screw on the dealer's lot in Kahului. Super on the island was running about $4.80/Gal. Not horrible compared to home.
