Same way here in Texas, I guess they didn't get the memo.

Not exactly a "rude" thing, but over the weekend I drove side by side along a 2017 Tux Black SCREW on I-10 and the driver did not even look over in the least bit.

Then again, maybe it had something to do with him keeping his eyes on the hwy for safety reasons...
