Raptor R sounds nice

V8 sounds good (hopefully that is an OEM exhaust) and looks far better than the TRX (as do all Raptors of course).

It may be time for me to sell one of my kidneys on eBay and hit the blood bank to sell some plasma, lol.

Meh. Just get a couple of speakers that fill the bed of a four cylinder Taco and an amp that fills the back seat. It will sound better than that.

With 750hp, changes to the grille I'm not a fan of, the hood & headlights, the wheels, and a beefier chassis and suspension than the regular Raptor, it looks like Raptor is back on top......maybe a 2023 will be in my future....not 1st year model.

They didn't mention anything about it, but I would imagine it would have a switch to open up the exhaust note. Anyone heard anything on that?

Though I personally have no desire to have a V8, I love that Ford isn’t letting dodge win at any category (besides most fuel consumed). Dodge, aside from a total redesign, has no ability to close the gap with an equivalently powered Raptor. When your competitor weighs 1k less and has just as much power, that’s a hard fight to win. Suck it dodge! Time for a ground up redesign which will only increase cost further.

But then again, dodge has always been about being bigger/louder/taller/more obnoxious rather than actual quality engineering so maybe they don’t care..
