Raptor mirror reflector lights

Any way to make the light more consistent. Like not have the individual leds show.

Not 100% but I'm fairly sure forward red facing lights are illegal in most places.

So is my tint. LOL!

But I'm doing red accent lighting in my vents and such, and probably won't turn it on when I'm going down the road. Totally understnad the safety aspect though.
