Hey guys....my name is Sean and I am the owner of a 2011 SVT Raptor. I live in Kimberley (South Africa) and am an adrenaline junky of note! I have had my Raptor for over a year now and find it very cumbersome and extremely difficult to get support in SA as the vehicle is a full "GREY" import and it therefore has no factory warrantee whatsoever. I am very excited about your forum and I hope i can get some help and advice from you all.

Well, same story here in Europe, have to suscbribe a warranty from a private company because Ford Europe don't give a s**t of the Ford USA vehicles...

Welcome. Does Ford not warranty anything when it leaves the US? Considering how many mods some of us do we don't have much of a warranty anyways with how many ******* dealership service center there are that try to blame everything on it regardless

ford made this truck as a north american truck. any truck imported to another country was done privately. wherher the dealership did it or someone bought it and sold it, it was never fords intention to have the truck in orher countries, therefore lack of support.

The problem is that you won't find any official dealers for the Ford USA vehicles that are exported, so when you will have an issue, there's nobody to contact...
