The "headache" rack looking - lightbar thing in the bed is hideous. No apparent attempt to match the lines of the cab whatso ever. Looks like something straight out of the movie Demolition Man with it on there.

Know it was brought up before, but the 20+'s also don't look right on the truck.

Bravo for the commitment and money invested. I could live with the wheels, but that rack would be smelted down yesterday.

Jealousy sucks. The truck is Badass post some pics of yours for analysis.

I do not get posts like this WTF.

Ignorant ! Sick of being f'n nice and I am sure many of you thought the same thing.

Ignorant? Last time I checked we live in a free country. I don't know that calling someon ignorant based on their free choice is the opposite of being "so f'in nice".

i think the truck looks amazing an value his work hes shown what alota good products are out there like em or not hes pioneering .....as for neg feed back sometimes haters are haters what can you do i think the truck is a beautiful monster excellent work man:waytogo:

Yep, I am totally hating. Go back and read my original post again.

One thing I have found is that no matter what you do on any vehicle, some will love it, some will hate it.

I am sure that given the opportunity to build the truck with the budget I had to work with, every one of you would do it a little different.

I shared my experiences with building it on these forums for many reasons, but I definitely have found that some people make it very difficult for me to continue to participate and share.

I don't get it

Chris,
I am greatful for getting to see your truck progress. I probably could have been a little more gentle, but IMO, the politically correct and me do not mix.

Jealousy sucks. The truck is Badass post some pics of yours for analysis.

Not sure whey this became an e-***** measuring contest? My truck is stock except for a Craven stubby, middle perch and some water damage. There is a line when posting unfriendly things on other peoples threads, and posting your vehicle in their thread is something I do not do.

And for everyone, remember, we live in a free country. DEADEYE, being in the milirarty, I think you of all people would understand that. I bet everyone here doesn't wear the same type of chonies either. Some like boxers, other boxer briefs and others briefs. Making that choice is no different than my choice of distaste for that thing in the bed.

It's not a matter of political correctness or ignorance or a free country. It's a matter of being polite. When someone has invested ~$100K into a vehicle and shared the progress along the way, they don't need someone to say negative things. If you don't like it, you're clearly entitled to your opinion, but there is no need to share that with the group. Why would you?

I'm sure you grew up hearing the famous expression, "If you don't have anything nice to say, then don't say anything at all."

My 2 cents and I think the rig is a beast.

like i said haters will be haters what can you say btw theirs a difference between supporting someone an be polite about your opion, an being a ****** bag who wants attention. You 100% have a right to not like someones taste, an voice your opinion however .....we have a right to voice our opinion about your opinion suck it up no ones attacking you just the manner in which you voiced your opinion not your freedom to speak....your right this is a free country and we are all freely expressing opinions here no need to have s@#t fits :ROFLJest:

and chris please keep sharing your build with us its awesome an cant wait to see more sema pics!!!!

Chris, i love the truck. But, you gotta have Tizzle black out those orange reflectors on the side mirrors. They stick out big time.

IMO the top tube should have hugged the light bar more like the front bumper tube does. To big of a gap that high up

Besides that the work looks great. Can't wait to see it if it makes it Pomona next weekend

Free Country , Freedom of speech of course , Right to bear arm's , right to vote , this is the bed rock of our country and many lives had been lost for us to have these rights and many more have died to allow us to continue to have these rights.
Our constitutional rights are not what this is about.
This just comes down to common courtesy and respect.
These areas of character and values are typically established well before entering the military .
Respect and character are not just highly regarded and greatly valued in the armed forces they are a fundamental and integral part of these organizations . Freedom of speech is not something I take lightly and that is not what this is about .
I fully respect your opinion , it is just the manner in which you shared it that I take issue with as it did not extend a level of respect or appreciation for one of your fellow board members / Raptor owner's who has obviously dedicated himself to improving his truck beyond what most people are able to achieve. I am not going to derail this thread , maybe you were just having a bad day .

Sometimes it not what you say , it's how you say it.
