It belongs to a guy here in NorCal that is a super car collector. He has enough great cars to have his own museum and is an accomplished race car driver as well. He is a really nice guy but probably shouldn't use his name since I didn't ask if I could publish a picture of his car.

Can't believe people are calling the car ugly. Veyron's are rolling artwork. Sure, the color combo on that one may be "ugly" but the car itself is gorgeous.
