There are several names for this, but its a group of friends who all bring gag gifts to exchange, then you pick a random gift, the next person to pick a gift can either steal yours or choose another random one. Sounds lame, but it is really fun. Last year I bought a STD test kit and a bag of condoms.. Haha.

This year I think I will just put 2,000 pennies in a box....
