So far, I've sent the file to RMDesigns, jackrook, Cleave, and figjamy with a courtesy copy to Gordon. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk HD

The converted file imported easily into Motion X. Also, I purchased the San Diego trail map and use that on Galileo. The Converted GPS file also shows OVER the San Diego trail map.

For those of you that don't have it, I really really recommend it.

I haven't been able to get the file to work on my tracks, but that's what you get with a free app, lol

Here is the trail and sandiego trail map overplayed on to the Galileo GPS app.

First one is less detailed, second one is more detailed.

ALL MAPS ARE DOWNLOADED SO I CAN USE THEM OFF LINE.

all in all, I would have to say that I am going with the Galileo App.

The Motion-X app allows me to overlay the GPX track but not my San Diego trail app. The reason I like the trail app is because it is extremely detailed and will show us the trail name that the GPX file is using.

None of the 3 apps I listed allow for "satellite" or "hybrid" map downloads. They only allow for "terrain" downloads. Which is fine.

Thank you so much for the offer. Our plan was to tow tbone's Scab down with my Screw and split the fuel costs. Unfortunately, tbone's truck is down with a broken tie rod and 2 flats. Again, really appreciate the offer.
