when your sticker label is generated it will appear as a pdf on this website

right now there is no window sticker for your truck yet.

My order just got bumped to a priority 1 so we'll see how long it takes to get a VIN after that. Either way I agree with Reptar, it's unlikely you'll see the truck by Feb. 1 unless you've had a VIN for weeks and the dealer didn't tell you.

You should get a vin# about 1-2 days after you get moved to priority 1. I think I went priority 1 on the 13th and had a vin on the 15th (dec).

Thanks for the help on this. I will definitely bring those emails with me. Just incase there is a fast one pulled on me. I will call SVT today and find out the details and play it by that. I would love to have my truck the day I come home, but if not, I can wait that extra week or two if I got a free loaner. Being over here the wait isn't bad, cause there is nothing you can do but look at pictures and dream, but now the days are coming to an end. I know how you guys feel in the states. Its brutal!
There isn't a website, is there? Do you have to speak with a Rep. from SVT?

This is what my dealer wrote me in an email...

The truck does have a VIN already. The status code on it is "submitted to plant" and usually it will change to "scheduled" within a couple days. At that point it will have an estimated date of arrival. If it is not here I'm sure we can get you something to drive until it gets here. My guess is it will have a delivery date of the first week of Feb. Here is the VIN if you want it. 1FTFW1R62CFA74897

What are the hours for SVT? I'm about 10.5 ahead of Central time.

I'd still get it in writing from the dealer that it would be a FREE loaner, no charge to you, and starting the day they pick you up at the airport till the day your raptor is in your hands. Their vague email just makes it seem like they still have a loophole in there for "well we didn't say it was free, we just said we could get you in something".

You do need to call SVT up to get the information. You may be able to email them your VIN# and ask for the scheduled build week since you're overseas, but not sure.

That's only going to show up about 1 week before it's built. You can have a VIN# for close to a month beforehand. Usually you'll have 2-3 weeks with a VIN# before the sticker shows up. So if he wants the latest info, if his vin # was just released, he needs to call SVT.

I agree Reptar but he is also over in afghanistan like me and sometimes dialing 800 numbers are even dialing stateside can be a pain. (timezone difference and such) I know that it was easier for me to check the web instead of calling SVT.

I just called SVT and my build will start on the 30th. It sucks it won't be here when I arrive back home, but at least I know it will be built pretty soon and not left in the dark. As Reptar was saying, about 2 weeks for build and delivery?? The week of the 13th is what I'm hoping for...I got my girlfriend flying in from California and I sure as hell don't want to be picking her up in a loaner...Keep you guys posted.
Thanks for the help and those SVT guys are pretty friendly over there.

Well, it would also be really cool if the truck came after your girlfriend, so you will have time to spend with her, cuz once the truck comes....she is gonna loose a ton of attention! LOL

No seriously, it would be neat if you could have her share the experience of picking up the truck together. Im a sucker for buying new vehicles...I always get a rush when I buy a new toy! Never goes away thankfully! But the Rator was even a little more special than most!

Thank you for your service, and maybe we will meet on the trail (or off it) someday!

DubbsFaris,
That would be true about giving all my attention to her. I had to push my date back to get my golden retriever puppy. I was going to get it the weekend she came out, but we all know where the attention would go...haha.
Maybe I'll get lucky and have my truck when I get back. Either way, I'm out of Afghanistan, so life isn't all that bad. Could always be worse...
Cheers Buddy and maybe we'll meet up that one day. Its a small world.
