Ken Grody Ford in Buena Park is listed as a dealer to avoid on te first page of this thread. I have to disagree with you. They had theirs listed at MSRP+$$$$ and said "market value" blah blah blah. But I went in there as an informed and aggressive buyer. I had a written quote from Carfax that gave them an estimate of my trade in value. I had numerous printouts from Truecar.com and I knew what I needed to know about the vehicle. Now they could have just said "F you" to my paperwork but they took alot of that into consideration. And the best thing I did was walk away twice. I milked the salesman as low as I could for two days over the phone, then I worked the sales manager, then I worked the finance manager, then when I was right there....just about ready to sign, I greased the wheel and told the GM about how good of an experience I was having "even though i wasn't going to be buying from you guys" and he said "well let's talk about that...." So I worked him a little more. All in all I still payed MSRP+$500 but I was very happy after talking them down thousands and getting some great throw ins.
Yes, car salesmen have a reputation of being ******...but remember, you can catch more bears with honey then with a bear trap.
I would 100% shop at Ken Grody again!!

Plus out of the 10+ dealers I visited, they were the only one to have a 2013 black Screw with under 5 miles on it. LOL. That was my criteria. But that have alot of Rausch(sp?) Raptors and they have Raptors with alot of aftermarket parts added on. And I believe they had two of every color. So yeah, I was ok paying +$500 to get the color I wanted. I'm the one driving it and paying for it so its what I wanted
