@m3dragon I can lend a hand if needed, and by lend a hand I mean hold stuff because I have no idea how to rebuild these short of reading the rebuild thread.

Just fair warning to all. There is 11 in the que right now. We are swapping with 4 sets of shocks and we still have 2 out that owners here have NOT! returned.

Like Joe said, there is other re-builders out there. They will charge more as they are business but if you need them now they would be faster. Remember I am not a business and doing this to be a community supporter. So I am at the mercy of shocks being returned.

We have had our first issue with this program. One of the members here got an exchange and stated one of the shocks had issues. Keep in mind he has had the shocks I sent to him for 2 months at the time of this post. Instead of working with me to see if, the shock is in fact bad and or send him a replacement shock to swap out to make sure, he bought all new shocks. Now he will not return the set I sent him unless I pay for them, which means I am out of pocket more than just my time.

This means, unless this guy who is on this thread does the honorable thing and sends them back we will be down 1 pair of shocks for swapping. This of course means longer turn around times to get to all of you.

Drama like this will kill the program, as I am not a business and do not have time to deal with those who are not honorable to the program. The first post is pretty clear about how it works, who I am and this is meant to help. If you want to deal with a business instead go for it, I am not heartbroken over it. Fox is a month and a half turn around if you sen them your shocks.

So he has his old set of shocks that were supposed to be sent in to you for rebuild and rotated into he program AND the set that you sent him that were rebuilt? And he won't return either set to you (including the set you sent him)? Isn't that theft?
