I just got a set back and a set going out. There is a wait list and I will do what I can to help but shocks need to come back for me to send down the line.

I guess they wouldn't cover under warranty?

Since you are in mass. why not take yours to Rory for a rebuild?

Like Joe said, there is other re-builders out there. They will charge more as they are business but if you need them now they would be faster. Remember I am not a business and doing this to be a community supporter. So I am at the mercy of shocks being returned.

Of course they didn't...even though the dealership stated that their was an issue and it should be covered. This will absolutely be the last Ford product I purchase. I'm a LEO and we drive expo's and interceptors and they are all horrendous piles of junk as well.

Yes I'm in MA but I'm out on Nantucket which is 30 miles out to sea. So I can't just drop these guys off while I'm at lunch ya know. That....and who the heck is Rory?!

Go ahead and add me to the list as well. My stock shocks now have 67k on them. No noticeable problems but it's probably time.

@m3dragon I can lend a hand if needed, and by lend a hand I mean hold stuff because I have no idea how to rebuild these short of reading the rebuild thread.

Swing by Friday if you are free from 3-6 got a truck we are rebuilding and a set was returned at last
