I found it worth it.

No other money tacked on. You pay for the flight and hotel.

Awesome guess im going to salt lake. Just purchased the raptor on saturday so thatll be useful

Book fast... I am not sure there are any slots left?

I was lucky enough to go early when the Baja section was good!

The only added money tacked on is whether or not you opt for the insurance coverage. You'll need to provide for yourself in terms of transportation and lodging as mentioned above.

I got it, and I regret it, I don't feel it is necessary.

Definitely go if you get the opportunity. It is a lot of fun, and even if you have a lot of off-road experience, you'll probably be surprised by how capable the Raptor is right out of the box.

If you can't get a slot in a class in the remainder of 2018, watch their website. It seems like they release the next years schedule in December or January, so if you can't get one now, grab a slot in a 2019 class when the schedule is released. They told us when I went in August that they were getting all View media item 13759new 2019 trucks for next years classes.
