I received an email from Raptor Assault today. They email you a few times leading up to it. What you state above is incorrect and contrary to the email. You can indeed cancel and reschedule for $150 if not less than 31 days before scheduled date. However the new date must be within a year of purchase.

In my MANY phone conversations they did not offer that, the Denver avalanches kept us from attending.

I got a hotel closer to the airport. Much more options for hotels, and food. It was only a 25 minute drive to the school and traffic was not an issue at all.
