I ordered in August 2019, took delivery November 2019 and attended RA in May 2020. Following posts on FRF as well as numerous FB groups - Seems like owners were well aware of RA sessions. Sorry to you missed out.

I was in SLC for business last October, drove out to the RA facility to look around. They told me that they are overbooked and do not accept anyone except those with Ford tickets. They let me buy an overpriced T-Shirt, tho.
Actually I thought the T Shirt prices were quite reasonable compared to what we pay for a T Shirt in Florida. Lol My experience with everyone at the school from the people that fielded my questions on the phone prior to the school, to those working in the store portion of the facility, to the instructors was all very positive. I thoroughly enjoyed the experience and think it is a great opportunity that is offered to new Raptor owners.

Purchased my Gen2 Raptor in the summer of 2019 with a plan to attend Raptor Assault in summer 2020. Given travel restrictions with CV19, I ended up not registering with an expectation that I’d be able to roll my registration forward into the 2021 registration cycle.

Fast forward to today, I called the folks at Raptor Assault and they basically told me (very rudely mind you) that I was outside the 1 year purchase window for registration, and even with CV19 restrictions the program was mostly on last year and subsequently another reason why they won’t allow me to register for a session anymore. I’ve even said that I would slot into any session they could fit me in (ie late cancellations) if given at least a week’s notice to book travel arrangements.

As I’d still really like to attend, I’m at a loss on how to proceed here (and to be honest pretty upset with the terrible customer experience the Ford Performance School provided). Does anyone have any recommendations on how I should proceed in an attempt to get registered for a session? Or am I screwed at this point?
I bought my '17 used in late 2017. I signed up regardless, and did RA in November of 2019. I had no issues. 2nd owner and 2 years later. Then, I signed up again in early 2020 and did it again in May 2020. My Dad did it with me and he doesn't even own a Raptor. We just pulled a couple VINS off trucks on dealer lots online, and IT WORKED. Shhhhhh . . . . . don't tell anybody.

Bought Aug 2019 Canada, literally packing up the truck to head down to my RA at the end of March 2020 when covid closed the border. I let them know and they seemed to think it was really strange I wouldn't just come down anyway. I tried explaining that restrictions weren't my doing or preference at all. Anyway, I got that everyone was scrambling then.

I messaged back when it looked like things might open back up and it sounded like I'd be good if I went inside the 1 yr window. The border is still screwed April/2021. I figure I'm SOL.

I am pretty sure there is an option to pay for a RA class. I believe it’s $1300 or something in that range. If you’re outside the one year, may be well worth it.
No option to pay, only with Raptor purchase and even with that, your purchase doesn’t entitle you to the course. The course is a hidden gem for owners.
I’m sorry the OP missed out but communication with RA should have been a higher priority.
As said previously, RA is privately contracted out.

I ordered my ‘18 in March and it was delivered in September. I never heard of the Raptor Assault course and never received any literature/letter about the course. I was reading an article that said every Raptor purchase included a trip to the course the next summer. I googled the course and called mid summer ‘19 and all the courses were booked full. The people at RA took my name and number in case they had any cancellations. I received 2 calls both Tuesday/ Wednesday before the class weekend. I was out of town for work both calls. I’m super pissed the dealer nor Ford notified me about the course. However, I can’t expect any more from the course as they tried to accommodate and they were pleasant to talk to.
