Ah, missed that.... Yeah, I bet I know what happened. That's dirt in the paint. Or more specifically it's dust. Some maintenance tech was probably ******** around with something in the paint area of the factory stirring up dust. Once the "detailer" knocked the coating off the top of those, the dirt came out. What's left is a hole. And it's probably through the primer.

Sand. Fill. Respray. Clear.
