What size engine? 5.4L (early 2010) or 6.2L (later 2010 1/2)

First, can you tell us what error codes are showing up with a OBDII scanner.
Have you checked speed sensors at the wheels?
There is an input and output speed sensor for the transmission.
Check the wires from the PCM to the Transmission,
that wire harness does come loose with age and gets melted by the exhaust manifold.
here are the error message, which are currently available. If anyone has a good idea, then please tell me... car is broken since 15 month now, and noone knows what to do.

It looks like you have a wiring harness problem. Whether it rubbed through somewhere or you have bad grounds. Most of the codes are a range selector problem or shift solenoid "E". Also intermittent communications problems with the pcm. I would physically check the harness from the pcm to the transmission and look for any damage. Either melted, pinched or rubbed through somewhere. Also I would clean all the ground blocks.
