Raptor 2010 transmission problems

Hi. I habe a Raptor 2010. it only works in gear 1 to 3. shifting to 4 happens but then no forward power anymore. the gearbox works from 1 to 3 quite harsh. solenoids, clutches, entrance shaft, leadframe and hydraulic block all replaced by new parts and PCM was programmed successfull. still only gear 1 to 3 works. any idea?

What size engine? 5.4L (early 2010) or 6.2L (later 2010 1/2)

First, can you tell us what error codes are showing up with a OBDII scanner.
Have you checked speed sensors at the wheels?
There is an input and output speed sensor for the transmission.
Check the wires from the PCM to the Transmission,
that wire harness does come loose with age and gets melted by the exhaust manifold.

Did anyone actually trouble shoot this issue or just started throwing parts at it?

When I had my issue recently, I had changed the separator plate in the valve body, replaced a shift solenoid , and a square seal between the case and valve body. I also put in a cooler bypass and shift improvement kit from Trans go I believe

What was yours doing

So mine wouldn't shift out of second. Wrench light was on. If I put my code reader on and cleared the codes it would shift, not well, but it would. Until I stopped. Then I would have to clear the codes again.

Transmission problems

Well. On my way to the shop to replace my bulkhead fitting, the dreaded wrench light came on. It wouldn't shift out of second when I got off the highway, so I put my code reader on it and came up with code p0741. Torque convertor clutch circuit performance stuck/off. Is this the lead frame...
