Rappy graphics questions

Hate to be the only naysayer but I’ve had mixed results with Rappy. In general, I agree that they put out some pretty good stuff at competitive prices (or even excellent prices for some stuff). Had the wrong B Pillar decals sent; took a while to get the right ones. My hood cowl decal has started to come of in pieces even though I followed the directions well and thoroughly prepped the surface. I’ve tried to get them to answer email questions about the cowl decal and what I can do to improve adherence if I buy a new one.... So far, crickets for the past month. Other appliqués I have from them have worked out fine.

Agree. Bought bunch of stuff and been couple minor errors.....but they always correct. Now I know they were swamped lately....which is a good business thing....so my last order was little slower getting shipped. Sold my '17 this week and stuff I had still looked great.

Josh had left a few weeks ago so their email response was not great and he was the one handling most of the emails. E-mail them again. I had ordered something a few weeks back and heard nothing. When I emailed them again I got an answer right away and they told me that they ran into some issues for a bit. Sorry, I'm blanking on the owners name right now.

The customer service was great when I dealt with them. I emailed them with a couple questions and they were quick to reply. Another time I dealt with them they sent me the wrong decals so I emailed them and they had the correct decals in the mail the next day. Everyone makes mistakes and they were quick to correct it so I was happy with that.
