They do license them, they just want to negotiate their cut of the profits. Probably want to sign off designs too, make sure it doesn't give Ford a bad rep or something.

and FYI, https://rockymountaingraphics.com/ doesn't have Gen 3 either.

I had a similar experience with rockymountaingraphics. Really thin vinyl. The worst thing is that they used plastic backer instead of paper that allows water to soak in and release the vinyl from the backer. I got a few little kinks on one of the mud splash bedsides, but was able to get them and the hood stripes on.
