Question concerning used 2019 I am seriously considering

Hello everyone,
I am seriously considering a used 2019 Raptor with just under 29,000 miles for a price of $67,500. After seeing the CarFax with the two entries shown below I have a question - are these generic program statements that all units receive on their carfax statement or are these specific to this unit? I'm just trying to figure out if this vehicle has had problems with these two issues but its not clear as the other details listed only include normal maintenance items, no reflashes or major repairs.

Those entries just indicate that a Field Service Action (FSA) was issued for the truck. All 2017 to early 2020 trucks will show the same thing, it does not mean that the truck has an issue.
