I don't have this, but it's rated quite well... Vantrue N4 is the closest to what you (and I) are look for. Still boggles my mind that more dash cam makers haven't made these three-channel cams. Check out Vortex reviews on Youtube. That guy is a godsend. He also does insanely detailed reviews on radar detectors (I just picked up an ****** Redline 360c).

Blackvue 750S 2 Channel. It's not full 360 but has a very wide front and rear. I've had the 2 channel blackvues on my trucks/cars for about 8 years now. Since I've lived in Florida I've been rear ended 4 times while stopped completely and hit 2 times while the car was parked, also got out of a ticket once with the blackvue footage. You can get a black box for it that wires to an always on circuit, it tracks voltage drop with dip switch settings so you can have it stop powering the camera after about a week of sitting if it ever gets to that. The cameras have motion sensing, g force sensors to track normal driving, parking mode, "event" mode, etc. Night vision front and rear. Also a fun perk is if you pay for the wifi in the truck you can tune in to look at it on your phone while say a valet or dealer has your truck.

That sounds like the ticket. Now to look up cost+installation. Thanks!

Install is pretty simple. I tapped into an always on circuit under the passenger dash for the black box. Comes with all the wires you need. You may want to upgrade the MicroSD card though. I have a 128gb higher end Sandisk in mine.

One other super nice feature I forgot to mention is the fine tuning of settings. G force sensors, motion sensors, sounds, modes, timing, overriding the SD card automatically...all that’s customizable.

Pricing is very great for what you get. You’ll see some bad reviews on amazon but a lot of that is people not realizing you have to hard wire the black box and just plain stupidity.

Here’s some pics:

The BlackVue 900X just came out I believe. If you value image quality make sure you look at well-done comparisons between the BlackVue and its competitors. The BlackVue’s image quality is solid, but when it comes to picking up license plates... others seem to edge it out. The difference may surprise you. Also, I’m referring only to 4K DashCams.

Get the MicroSD card separately. If you don’t know much about photography and cards the quality can range substantially. I wouldn’t go with anything other than SanDisk, Lexar, or Sony. Prices range so much for different read/write speeds. Depending on which one you get and what quality you intend to record at will drive your write speed needs.

Ah the 900 must be newer. Looks like your difference is 4K at 30fps for the 900 or 1080 at 60fps for the 750. Personally I’d stick with the 750 for double the frame rate.

My big thing with dash cams is protecting me from insurance. Unless you get a dozen guns stolen from your truck from a break in, law enforcement is never going to waste too much time looking for a guy you caught breaking into your truck on your dash cam. The high frame rate vs resolution is much better in my opinion when dealing with insurance companies.
