This may have been mentioned. I purchased the rental insurance also. It's pretty good. Service writer was surprised that it covered something like $70/day and not the usual shitbox $30/day or whatever, so I got to pick what vehicle I wanted basically. Plus they kept the truck for over a week, I think it was just to reprogram the tranny computer, and a couple other odds and ends, but it's been over a year and a half ago. Had it in again last Thanksgiving for tranny shifting concerns and heated seat not working. Again, they kept it over a week and I didn't have to pay for a rental truck.
Long story short, I had a new F150 to drive both times for over 2 weeks and not a dime out of pocket. The way I see it, that already payed for more than half of what I paid for the warranty. 6/125k, at 45k now.
