Pulling someone out of sand

If I need to pull someone who's stuck in the sand, what mode should I be in?

I vote Mud and Sand mode.

plus, leave space to get some momentum up until the rope gets tight.

Mud/Sand with lowering down your psi in between 12-18 depending on the type of sand. Without lowering down your psi you’ll just dig yourself in
