Wow, so I guess the saga continues. My truck was at dealer for a month and engineer was involved etc. I was told it was normal. Very interested to know if it is indeed timing chain tensioners etc.

I need to take my truck to the dealer either way. I am pretty sure 4th gear is going out.

There is no “4th gear”. The components that are applied in 4th gear are used among others.

If the concern is a hesitation on the 3-4 shift after sitting, that’s a normal characteristic caused by clutch drainback.

It has a rough shift from 3-4 and 4-5 and the rpm’s float mid gear only in 4th

Thanks my friend. I know the 1st video isn't the sound you guys are hearing, but I think the 2nd video I posted in that thread is more of the sound you guys are hearing, no?
