Well guys after an exhausting search south of the 49th I decided on a Canadian 2013 SCREW, Blue Flame, fully loaded with blue accents but without tailgate step and hood decals. Got confirmation today that truck has been ordered and I'm first on their list! Now the painful wait begins but already can't wait to drive it home. Its quite a bit more expensive up here but the dealer gave me a smoking deal like they would for most of you down there. And ford will actually let me buy it here haha. Anyways, had to tell someone so thanks for lending an ear.
