I’m 99% positive somebody at Home Depot clicked a wrong button, but yea, you can get them for only $1,128 right now with free shipping or in store pickup. Just placed my order and it went through just fine. They’re usually $1,399 and rarely go on sale. It appears to ONLY be the Gen 2 short bed that’s super discounted.

I have a Retrax Pro XR and am happy with it (not that anyone asked). It lets a little water seep or drip in at the track on the sides, but aside from that it was been really solid.

Thanks. I took two of the kids for a blast from the ocean to the forest, to up almost to the top of a snowy mountain. It was a great day and the Rap did awesome as usual.

Thanks. I appreciate that. On more than one trip the truck has been a bit of a 'commercial' for Raptors that's for sure. On this trip up the mountain I passed two old timers - one in a super duty and the other in a regular F150. Both retired logging truck drivers who had been around the bush their whole life. When I passed them and kept going up the mountain, they said they were blown away. I saw them on the way down and had a chat. They had no idea what a Raptor was or how the fck it could keep going where they had to turn around. They were like two little kids. It was awesome.
