I remember a couple of years ago really bragging about what an awesome job Morrie @ BAK had done for me. The dude tries really hard and is great at what he does. 2 years later I have loved the functionality of my F1 but have had a few issues with it - nothing structural - just cosmetic. Called to talk to Morrie about it and he said send him some pictures which I did. Not really expecting anything the way service is these days I hear from Morrie that he has shipped me a brand new F1!! Now THATS service!!!! ITs great to know we have vendors on here that take that good of care for you 2 years after they have your money. Cant say enough great things about Morrie and BAK!! Great company - Great product and Morrie is the BEST!

Agreed. I had some issues with my RollX, so I shot him a PM, and the next week a brand new one arrived at my house. Great customer service.
